A parade of dishes where traditional cuisine gets naturally combined with the latest culinary tendencies to add the Silken touch which we so much like offering our clients; and all that rightly accompanied by a fine wine selection to go with this festival of tastes.

The cafeteria Rocío and the BBQ-Bar are located in the swimming pool area.

Room was quite quiet despite the size of the hotel.

Food quality in most of the restaurants was not 4 star quality. At breakfast, luke warm scrambled egg, bacon and sausage leaves much to be desired. Starter and main course in the Cafeteria Bar meal were served simultaneously which meant the main course was cold by the time you were ready to eat it.

We asked for superior rooms and they were excellent although having made the booking the hotel then allocated us a standard room.

It was huge and impersonal. The hotel said they had not received the booking through booking.com and as this has never happened before we think it was a fault of the hotel. The Italian restaurant served absolutely appalling food. I think the pasta was from a tin and we have never seen a pizza like this. A complaint receieved no interest.

Loved everything, extremely helpful staff, nice chic hotel, great pool service with towels, great food at buffet. Plus only 5 minutes away from downtown Seville, only a $4 euro taxi drive.

When I phoned them to book for friends they quoted me 228 euros but when we got there they charged me 246euros
