Almost everything.

In our opinion, the breakfast buffet is geared for European taste and not for American. We wanted to eat there but could not due to this reason.

Good location which you could hear all night long (heavy traffic), cleanniness, professional staff (but very serious)

Very basic, certainly not 4* by our standards. Very mean, everything was extra, including internet. No atmosphere, not even music in the always empty bar. Terrible noise from the main street

The position near the Placa de Espana and the nearness of the Airport bus stop.The room was clean. Appreciated free bottles of water.Excellent bathroom especially the shower. Good safe. flat screen TV and fridge.

The bed was so hard that I could not sleep and am now attending the physio to try and rectify the problem it created. Why it has to be so hard I really do not know. I think sleeping on the floor would have been softer. Did not like the massive concrete vertical support pillar running through the room. Made the room appear quite small. No box of tissues was quite unbelievable for a 4* hotel.
