the room was good, big and very clean bathroom, ecxellent staff, great breakfest a big and varied buffet.

the only problem was the t.v. we couldnt change channels and we didnt get any help otherwise everything was great

Mostly friendly personnel at the reception - lots of help and appreciated attention. Excellent central location, convenient for both city wandering and business visit. Easy i-net and very nice breakfast.

Staff of the restaurant was very nice. Breakfast was good but on the expensive side. I don't believe it was worth 15 Euros. Also that they had free wi-fi in the rooms was excellent! I would definitely reccomend this hotel if you plan to go to Madrid, the location is ideal.

When I arrived, the room they gave me was very small. I had to switch rooms and therefore increase my nightly rate. It would have helped if they would have mentioned that the original room was so small. I booked for two people and the room they gave me was for 1 person.

Close proximity to the prado and the night life

The wireless internet did not work in our room and it was extremly noisy every evening out side of the hotel.
