central position, good staff, comfortable room on entering the room the heating was turned off, so turned on the dial to get some heat and none came. Spent very cold night in below zero degrees in the room. Called reception who sent someone immediately, to rectify the situation. The dial on the wall needs to be turned down until you hear a click, then heat comes, trouble is then you can't regulate the temperature, it was either hot or cold! I |

the room was good, big and very clean bathroom, ecxellent staff, great breakfest a big and varied buffet. the only problem was the t.v. we couldnt change channels and we didnt get any help otherwise everything was great |

Mostly friendly personnel at the reception - lots of help and appreciated attention. Excellent central location, convenient for both city wandering and business visit. Easy i-net and very nice breakfast. |

Staff of the restaurant was very nice. Breakfast was good but on the expensive side. I don't believe it was worth 15 Euros. Also that they had free wi-fi in the rooms was excellent! I would definitely reccomend this hotel if you plan to go to Madrid, the location is ideal. When I arrived, the room they gave me was very small. I had to switch rooms and therefore increase my nightly rate. It would have helped if they would have mentioned that the original room was so small. I booked for two people and the room they gave me was for 1 person. |
