Fantastic location, great rooms, amazing value for money

It has to be said, the mattresses are very uncomfortable, but that cant ruin a short stay.

We enjoyed our stay there on a whole, I liked the fact it was very clean and had all the essentials provided - Iron etc

It was small, which wasn't a factor for us, but could put some people off!, Also, on booking the hotel on-line, we thought on arrival, that everything was paid for, but we had to pay the booking fee there and then. Which could have ruined our stay, being a young, Student couple. Our financial situation was then dramatically decreased!!, I dont think that it is clearly stated on booking!

Location, room size good for this part of London, well modernised, good firm bed, kitchenette modern and adequately equipped.

Comments rather than dislikes: this is an apartment, so there were no consumeables except toilet paper - no soap, no shampoo, no teabags be prepared to bring your own. The style was minimalist - hard flooring in the room, Ikea furniture. Internet in the lobby only.

The descirption of the room was very over exaggerated, I would not say that the hotel was a suite or luxury, it was very small and very average.

it was not cleaned at all during my stay (even trash was not taken)

Small things could have made things so much better (f.e. no desk, only 1 chair, very small TV screen and too high up). Not comfortable for a luxury medium suite for 3 people.

The location was central to London

It wasn't like the description. much smaller than expected.

It was nice and clean. Great value for money. The nicest hotel I have stayed in for that price. The white look of the rooms made it look internatinal and professional.
