The local area is full of character and the apartments are great for enjoying the vibrancy of London’s traditional Docklands culture. The area is known as the Jewel in the Crown of the British Inland waterways network. The Regent Canal Dock, built in 1820, is the oldest dock still operating as it was originally planned.

Now newly rejuvenated, the area’s modern facilities complement the restaurants, pubs and bars that line the River Thames, offering excellent views over the tideway.

All of the serviced apartments have a fully fitted kitchen. A food and drink hamper is included on arrival. These welcome packs include water, coke, fruit juice, crisps, chocolate, pasta meals, tea, coffee, sugar and breakfast bars.

These stylishly designed contemporary apartments are furnished to the highest standard, with an emphasis on quality, light and space. All apartments boast large picture windows and most of the apartments have floor-to-ceiling glazing in the living room. Apartments are 10 times the size of a typical hotel room and each one is fitted with the highest quality beds.

The apartments are fully equipped and fully serviced. Weekly linen changes are also included as part of the service.

Each apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, a comfortable and spacious living room and an immaculate separate bathroom, which comes complete with luxurious toiletries and bathroom products from Molton Brown.

The Limehouse Basin Marina is known as the ‘Jewel in the Crown’ of the inland waterways network. The beautiful 90-berth marina has excellent modern facilities and is surrounded with restaurants, bars and traditional London pubs. The internationally renowned Regent Canal Dock, built in 1820, is the oldest dock still operating as originally planned.

At Gordon Ramsey’s ‘The Narrow’ you can enjoy fine dining and gourmet cuisine in a warm, relaxed environment. The emphasis is on good quality food with traditional real ales and ciders. Admire the riverside views of the Thames and dine on a classic British menu.

The Wapping Project is an extraordinary site in the East End. Wapping Food is housed within a converted hydraulic power station and is theatrical in its approach to both food and the arts.

Please note that payments made via credit card are subject to an additional cost of 3.5% or 4.5% for payments made via American Express cards. Please note payment is made at the time of booking in order to receive a confirmation from Marlin Apartments.

Check-In Information:
It is very important that you contact reservations prior to arrival to receive your lock-box number and directions to the property.

Photographic ID and card details may be requested when checking in so please have these ready.

Extra beds:
A sofa bed can be made up in each of the apartments for extra guests at an additional cost. Please see the Children and Extra Beds section of Hotel Policies for further information and costs.

Maximum Occupancy:
Please take note of the maximum number of people per apartment, as there will be an automatic charge if this is found to have been abused.

Children:
Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult guest at all times.

Terms:
Marlin Apartments wishes to highlight the following terms, which apply when you make a booking.

In addition to the rental rate, you agree to be charged by Marlin Apartments in the event of any additional charges, including damage beyond normal wear and tear, or other events listed before arrival by Marlin Apartments.

A fee of GBP 117.50 will be charged for keys not returned within 24 hours of the check-out date. Should any keys be lost or stolen, or should the client fail to check out by 15:00, Marlin Apartments will charge the full cost of an emergency locksmith, plus any replacement locks/fobs required. In the case of the above, Marlin Apartments reserve the right to remove a guest’s belongings from the room and accepts no liability for resulting loss or damage.

Marlin will not accept responsibility for personal injury, damages or loss of property.

On rare occasions, Marlin reserve the right to relocate any booking to another apartment of similar size and standard in the local area. Marlin accept no liability for any loss or damage suffered by or caused to the guest in consequence of the relocation.

Check-out after 10:30 will result in a GBP 50 charge from Marlin Apartments. Check-out after 14:00 will result in a charge of a full extra night.
