Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast included in price. The room had an adjoining door and unfortunately we could hear everything in the room next door. |

Room was acceptable; bar staff agreed to serve a late arrival/end of an exhausting day drink a couple of minutes after their normal 11.30 closing time - guess this imay be regarded as friendly for this hotel. I booked for a friend who was in transit at the time taking his son for an interview at Cambrdige University. He got to the hotel quite late and was 'received' by a very unhelpful and extremely rude member of staff - it ruined the stay. |

Nice area, close to the tube. Many restaurants and pubs right outside the door. In walking distance to Oxford Street and the theatres. Unusually comfy beds. Only one lift,and that is small! |

The price was reasonable for London and it was close to the areas we wanted to see, the room was clean, the staff friendly and imformative. lack of parking space, but there was an njc carpark about a 5 min walk away, but I didnt get a discount on the parking price. |
